Image Manipulation

After trying to download MobaPhoto and failing twice due to having a Mac and not being able to download it to another computer, I found I had an application on my computer, which had the same tools. It is amazing what you find when you are looking in right place. This course so far has lead me in all sorts of directions I would have never thought of in the past. Some of the tools I find myself thinking of endless possibilities and others not so many. I must say this is one tool I do not see a great value in. It would be very handy to learn, however, I do not see it as a major teaching emphasis. I can see the value in teaching students to resize for uploading images onto the Internet, as in the past I have relied on others to do this for me. I thought it was just too difficult! I used preview and found it very simple and easy to use. As a teaching application MobaPhoto and other resizing software would be beneficial especially in the areas of art, visual presentations, PowerPoint presentations and sending images through email.
